About RVMPD

We kept trying to build on a foundation of true data. It didn't exist. So we're building it.

Companies run AI on top of contact data assembled over years from several sources, spread across a dozen subscriptions that don't talk to each other. Every agent built on top of that inherits the mess, and no amount of model quality fixes a record that is wrong.

True data underneath. An accountable boundary around it. Trust earned rather than requested.
What we're doing
Vision

AI you can let run, because you can see everything it did.

Mission

Get a business's data true, and keep it that way, so the AI on top of it can be trusted to work.

The posture

Trust gets earned one approval at a time. Start with everything gated, turn the approvals off where you've seen enough, and the record stays the same either way.

What we hold to
Excellence
Resolved, not scraped. Built to a standard rather than a deadline.
Honesty
We say what the data does and doesn't show, including when it isn't what you hoped.
Reliability
True today, and still true when you act on it.
Clarity
A clear yes or a clear no. The goal is never the close.
What it is

The operating system for getting paid on outcomes.

It holds the deal, the book and the knowledge in one place, and it was built so an AI could reason about all three.

The three it holds
The deal
A retainer, a milestone and a fee that settles on an event, composed as one arrangement rather than forced into a field that was never meant for it.
The book
Every contact resolved to a real person, with the conversations behind them attached to the record rather than sitting in somebody's inbox.
The knowledge
Your offers, your playbooks and how the firm actually works, written down where the team and the assistant can both ask.

One system instead of seven. One invoice, one record, one place the work happens.

What it doesn't replace
Accounting, the portfolio or practice system, and email stay where they are.
Who it's for

Is there a person whose judgement is expensive, whose deal count is low, and whose knowledge isn't written down?

That is the whole test, asked quickly. The longer version is four conditions, and all four have to be true.

The four
Revenue is not one number at one moment
Success fees, contingent economics, tiered ladders, staged consideration. The amount depends on something that hasn't happened yet.
A book that matters and is messy
Assembled over years from several sources, and nobody says they trust all of it.
Knowledge that lives in people
New hires learn by shadowing, because almost none of how the firm works is written down.
Several disconnected tools
A CRM, a sequencer, a data provider, forms, scheduling, and somebody moving data between them by hand.

You've read what we think. Now tell us how you get paid.

Thirty minutes on how the business actually runs, what you're paying for now, and where the spreadsheets are.

Thirty minutes
No deck and no demo unless you ask
A straight answer, on the call

AI you can let run, because you can see everything it did.
