  • Call Recordings & Transcripts: Unless disabled by you, all inbound and outbound calls through our platform may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using AI for service delivery, quality assurance, compliance, and improvement.

c. Information We Receive from Third Parties

  • Lead data from your integrated CRM or advertising platforms

3. TCPA Consent for Calls and SMS

By providing your phone number to us (or to one of our customers using the Services), you agree to receive calls and text messages, including those made using an automated telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice, for purposes related to the Services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in our messages or by contacting us at support@revampd.ai.
If you are a customer of one of our clients, their privacy and TCPA policies also apply.
